The gym

The gym and I have had a pretty good relationship since freshman year of college.

We took a break second semester senior year,

and now I have filed for separation.

How do you have time/energy to work out when you work all day?

The last thing I want to do when I get home, is kill myself on the elliptical, or god forbid run around the neighborhood.

(i’ve done it before, and let me tell you it was quite the sight).

I recently tried the Barre Method on 3rd Street and thought it was fab.

Combo of ballet + yoga.

I am not a yoga/pilates person and really prefer my high energy, sweat filled classes at Crunch.

I need to figure this out or else I will resemble a sausage link.

No bueno.
